Welcome to Shrikriti Design Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both parties.

1. Consultation & Design Services

Appointment: Appointments with our design consultants are required for personalized services. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened consultations.

Design Process: The design process begins once a consultation has taken place. During this process, the client’s preferences, measurements, and design inspirations will be gathered to create a custom garment.

Inspiration & Replicas: While we value your inspiration, we do not create exact replicas of other designers' work. Our designs are original and tailored to your specific needs.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing Estimate: A pricing estimate will be provided during the consultation. The final price may vary based on fabric selection, design complexity, and additional customizations.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or collection of the garment.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and select mobile payment options.

Non-refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

3. Alterations & Fittings

Fitting Sessions: Fittings are included as part of the design service. The number of fittings may vary depending on the complexity of the garment.

Alterations: Minor alterations are included in the service. Major alterations or changes to the design after initial approval may incur additional charges.

Final Fit: The client is responsible for attending fittings as scheduled to ensure the final garment fits perfectly. Delays in attending fittings may impact delivery timelines.

4. Timelines & Delivery

Production Timeline: The timeline for garment completion will be discussed during the consultation. Standard production time is typically 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Rush Orders: Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee and are subject to the availability of materials and our design team's capacity.

Delivery: Garments can be picked up from our studio or shipped to the client’s address. Shipping costs will be borne by the client.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order to avoid incurring additional charges. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, no refunds are provided once the production process has begun. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction through fittings and alterations.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Shrikriti Design Studio are the intellectual property of the studio. We reserve the right to use designs for marketing, portfolio showcases, or other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, and design feedback. Any delays caused by inaccurate information may affect delivery times.

Inspiration & Collaboration: We welcome client collaboration during the design process, but any major design changes after final approval may incur additional costs and extended timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shrikriti Design Studio is not responsible for any damages, loss, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, fabric unavailability, shipping delays, or natural events.

In the event of a defect, the client must notify the studio within 7 days of receiving the garment for appropriate action.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Shrikriti Design Studio values your privacy. All personal details, including measurements and design preferences, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating your custom garment.
